Abstract

We appeal the science community to review the basic definition of wavelength dependent cosmic red shift. We would like to emphasize the point that, the true cosmic red shift must be defined as the ratio of loss in energy of photon to the energy of photon at galaxy. In terms of wavelength, photon red shift must be defined as the ratio of change in wavelength to the observed wavelength of photon. Considering the recent paper pertaining to cosmic halt authored by Cosmin Andrei, Anna Ijjas, and Paul J. Steinhardt and reviewed by Saul Perlmutter, in this paper we propose a very simple model of the universe having early stage light speed expansion and rotation and current stage halt accompanied by light speed rotation. In this context, representing early cosmic expansion and rotation as an outward spiral, it seems possible to consider Hubble’s law as a representation of current cosmic light speed rotation having no further expansion. To understand the nearby cosmic halt, based on our 4G model of final unification, we propose a very simple relation that constitutes the unified strong and electroweak nuclear binding coefficient of 10.1 MeV and strong nuclear charge of 2.9464e. With usual notation, infered current or nearby value of the Hubble parameter is .We would like to emphasize the point that, going deep into the subject of unification of quantum physics and cosmic physics, it seems possible to develop a new subject called as Atomic and Nuclear Cosmology (ANC). Thus, instead of considering the cosmological variable nature of elementary physical constants, we consider the case of current or nearby cosmic halt by means of considering the equality of current cosmic variable physical constants having similar dimensions of fixed elementary physical constants and their combinations. Based on the permission and encouragement from mainstream cosmologists, at academic level, this kind of approach can be given some priority. Considering a serious research, analysis and by following nearby future rate of decrease in temperature or Hubble parameter, real cosmic expansion rate can be understood.

Introduction

Considering the current cosmic thermal isotropy and the recent paper pertaining to cosmic nearby cosmic halt authored by Cosmin Andrei, Anna Ijjas, and Paul J. Steinhardt and reviewed by Saul Perlmutter [1]. We make an attempt to develop a simple halting model of the current or nearby universe having light speed rotation. Based on atomic and nuclear relations connected with our 4G model of final unification [2-8]. We have noticed an interesting relation for fitting the current or nearby cosmic expansion rate. We are confident to say that, this kind of relation will help in exploring other such kind of relations and near future, there is a scope for developing a new subject call as Atomic and Nuclear Cosmology (ANC). Advantage of this new approach is that, cosmology and microscopic physics [9-14] can be studied in a unified manner and the ground reality of currently believed dark energy can be validated in a co-relational approach. In this context, we encourage the readers to go through our recent publication [14]. It may be noted that, currently believed dark energy is having no other applications in any other branches of physics and its identity is in a serious crisis. Another point of interest is that, current cosmic expansion rate is having a value of (66 to 76) km/sec/Mpc and causing a serious tension among cosmologists in minimizing the error. Based on our approach, Hubble tension can be understood as a signal of nearby cosmic halt against current cosmic halt. Clearly speaking, lower value of the Hubble parameter can be considered as a signal of cosmic halt associated with nearby future.
