Abstract
The environment of villages changes in transforming the village into a desirable system for employment. Although this issue has been studied by researchers in various specialized fields, few studies have categorized and summarized the types of research on the subject in these studies. In this article, research related to the classification of various concepts, processes, factors and consequences identified from it has been reviewed. For this purpose, using the system review method, what and how are employed in the structure of the rural environment, in 80 studies, structural and structural research has been conducted. The results of the structural analysis showed that over the past two decades, researchers in different specialized fields have developed five categories of theories related to the rural environmental process and the factors involved, factors and effects of this process, and indicators used in research. Accordingly, the factors affecting the process of employing desirable individuals in the rural environment have been divided into three categories: natural, planned, and political factors. The effects of transforming the rural environment into a safe haven and employing appropriate communication have been identified. In the research under study, 6 categories of works including sustainable, environment, settlement system, population, environmental, were used in the analysis of the research under study. The results showed despite the comprehensive changes in the entire village complex in the process of finding suitable people in it, less attention has been paid to associations related to the sense of belonging to villages in individuals in the research conducted. And it requires more attention from researchers.
