Abstract

Great global social crises, such as the global financial crisis, the Corona pandemic, and the Ukraine war, have occurred since the beginning of the 21st century. Climate change problems are expected to bring large risks in the long term. Many governments have positively provided government credits to avoid or mitigate great social crises. The issuance of currency needs cooperation with many stakeholders to enhance social credit. In domestic economies, the accumulation of government finance raises the probability of increasing interest rates and prices. However, an appropriate analysis of costs and benefits leads global communities to sustainable global finance. This article presents a sustainable mechanism of global credit to improve cooperation with multi-stakeholders. This article demonstrates that sustainable social credit provides more credit than only governmental credit but raises global market prices of credit beyond controlled prices under governments.

Introduction

The digital industrial revolution develops a reform of social credit. Multi-stakeholders become more likely to contribute to the provision of social credit. The digital industrial revolution enhances the cooperative scheme of global credit through the involvement of multi-stakeholders [1–4]. This article explores a theoretical framework to provide sustainable credit for global communities. Tanaka (2018) [5] defines two currency models of monetary theory to explore various types of social credit. This article developed this two-currency model to construct a theoretical framework for the provision of global credit. This article demonstrates the following results: First, improving cooperation with multi-stakeholders enhances the sustainability of global credit. Secondly, cooperative social credit provides more credit than only governmental credit and raises global market prices of credit beyond those controlled by governments.
