Deans, Intuitions, Banks, State, Federal, Researchers, and Sovereign Wealth Fund Managers. This guide is a suggestion of layout and presentation of your work and intended to support you make your research presented in the clearest and logical way possible. The world is in APA (current edition) and this includes the references and pre-amble pages. Acknowledgments are optional; although it is unlikely they are not included. Historically the university has stipulated a five chapter layout, this can be restrictive and now it is not a requirement. This is a suggestive guide to assist in presenting my work and ultimately demonstrate to the committee the depth, detail and importance of my work and research. My Chair, Dean Ian and committee will support in the structure and presentation. If you search dissertations or thesis in libraries, there you will see a large variation in style .The reader needs to understand the complete process, including justified topic, a full review of current theory and where contradictions exist and missing theory.

As an adjunct professor in the Department of Public Health Science at Penn State Hershey Medical Center and in the Department of Public Affairs at Penn State Harrisburg, I respectfully submit this Letter of Recommendation on behalf of Diane who is interested in continuing his academic and professional education in Lawl School. Diane has consistently displayed both the oral and written communication skills required to commit to the academic rigor required as a Law School candidate. For example, as a graduate student in Public Health, Diane has consistently demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning as well as a displayed a comprehensive understanding of policy formulation and related research methodologies that validate and support strategic planning initiatives both in the public and private sectors in the U.S. market. As a Law School candidate, Diane has also exhibited the analytical skills required to effectively and efficiently utilize performance metrics for decision-making. In addition, Diane's work-related experience has exposed her to the operational and process-related challenges associated with the execution and implementation of strategic planning initiatives Anderson [1].

At the end of this chapter, the reader will fully understand what is the problem and scope of the work that will be presented in the remaining work. A thorough investigation into the problem of water scarcity caused by the growth of population, industrialization, and environmental deterioration causing limited freshwater resources. A journals are saturated, compared, and then critiqued. The chosen searches are indexed with title searches, articles, Research Documents, and A Journals, Publons, Google Scholar, Royal Society, Stanford, Elsevire SSRN, Research ID, Research Gate, Academia, Middle Eastern Studies, Middle Eastern of Applied Science & Technology, Journal of Civil Engineering Research and Technology, Research American Society of Civil Engineers are used.

The study presents alternative options, costs, and risks to global water distribution. AI is integrated to prove cost reduction and eliminate biases. Artificial Intelligence, Synthetic Intelligence, and Computational Simulations are integrated for water distribution throughout the Middle East. Real Time, predicting the volume percentage, and flow pattern in scaled oil pipelines, based on a non-invasive method with a creative structure and based on gamma radiation to detect wave intensity are integrated [2]. The engineering study will investigate large-scale saltwater facilities with LoT computer aging and remote censoring.

The study will include different methods of converting saltwater to freshwater, and alternative methods of providing renewable energy to operate the conversion facility, including the means to store the energy when renewable sources of energy are not available. The intent of this study is to be approved by Dean Ian and published in IJATL. The study consists of a thorough investigation into the design, construction, and comparison of equipment. A feasibility study is included of a water intelligent network on salt water.

Water is a commodity everyone is entitled to. This will demonstrate the current theories, opinions, and differences that exist in the area you are researching, even discussing where gaps of knowledge exist that relate to the research. The study will show a feasibility study of alternative methods for water distribution. 

Almost everyone in Gaza is relying on water from expensive and unregulated small-scale private providers [3]. Source Hydro panels are an expensive way of making water and a small volume of water produced is another determinant [4]. An alternative solution would be to build a custom system to process much larger quantities of water and like any custom systems this will be very expensive [5].

In 2016 article, “Industry Analysis” was written with the introduction of digital simulations designed to build a stronger adoption rate. Example cargo in a digital form displays around the world the world now everyone works on the same project with the same vendors. This is how AI became adopted. My purpose is creating an environment where water scarcity is eliminated. Holistic theory was the ultimate driver. Everything is viewed as a whole instead of a Parr. “How do you gain an unlimited source of quality water with a surplus?” AI is still under investigation as the finest possible solution.

In 2017 the article, “What are the Barriers to Adoption of Radical Innovation in Conservative Industries and how can They Overcome by Technology Providers”? The article explains cultural differences with an example in the American Exceptionalism and Jeremiad against Consumerism. The article focuses on improving the adoption rate of radical innovation in conservative industries. Qualitative and quantitative are the approaches selected showing antiquated departing with novel entrance.

In 2022 the article, “Can Deep Sea Water be Processed into Potable Water and Distributed into the Middle East”?. Explains problems cannot be solved alone and needs integration [6]. No country can solve these problems alone, and Americans cannot afford to be absent from the world stage [6]. Diplomacy to the center of foreign policy and are committed to meeting today’s global challenges from a position of strength, working in close cooperation with allies and partners [6]. The Middle East is focused on due to high geopolitical risk with financial centers, uncertainty, and votality.  Standards are stressed with Paris Agreement and President Biden’s integration [6]. Santiago principles are selected to distribute Sovereign Wealth funds.  Al as a Means of Water Purification Protection was written in 2023. The research led to the conclusion with AI, Synthetic Intelligence and Computational Simulations in real-time can eliminate water scarcity and removed biased restrictions.

A large audience leans towards conserving water this study leans towards having water at a surplus level. Deep Sea Water never runs out and always a reliable source. The downfall to the digital twin is an entity may lose prosperity. This is where the method is justified by the problem and literature. Limitations in the method and how these will be accounted for. A clear concise approach is taken. The primary research is conducted as problem formulation, data collection, data evaluation, analysis, interpretation, and public presentation [7]. Mobilization is chosen as a favourite as in the years to come you will see more being completed domestically. Mobilization Mass Mobilization (MM) is an important driver for political change [8]. While some citizens organize in favor of more democratic institutions, others take to the streets to support an authoritarian status quo [8]. Risk and profit are selected as dependent variables. Epistemology is integrated to test scientific comprehension to incorporate more state-of-the-art technology. The holistic approach is selected to view the person as a whole entity instead if one element. One survey came back with the request if a Modus Operandi (MO), way of operating. The article “What are the Barriers to Adoption of Radical Innovation in Conservative Industries and How Can They be Overcome by Technology Providers”?, explains increased volatility needs organizational ambidexterity to cope with radical innovation entering the market. Global Water explains the geopolitical risks. Costs and risks are evaluated as desalination uses a lot of energy.

I was able to gather data, statics, and counsel through Dieter Esch Wilhelmina, Bean Ferren Applied Minds, Prince Hamdan the Crown Prince of Dubai, United Arabs, Family Offices, Gary Scores, and SFO. Due to AI eliminating biases water opportunities have increased. One of the largest players is Hong Kong [9].

• Work that has significant analysis usually warrants its own chapter. If there is more than one work chapter, you might consider having the analysis in the corresponding chapter.
• The international waters is not being used in the best possible way to ensure future water distribution. Sovereign territory rights are in question. There is an increase in artificial islands.

• There should be an unlimited source of quality water for everyone. There is an impact on many industries as the water industry is increased. In this area an interpretation of the results are given. The results are consistent and show there is a continued increase in water distribution with AI. The research can be integrated into multiple industries.
• Conclusions are the principal parts of the analysis, not a list, and need to be clear they relate to the original problem. You should include recommendations as these are the findings you cannot quantify to be correct, but probably are correct and need more work. Finally, future work (usually a couple of paragraphs only) and showing that you see what is the next stage. The articles have been saturated and after careful evaluation investigating in a commodity of water can be a preventive measure for less scarce water areas. The Middle East is the only one to show a surplus. The Middle East does mostly use desalination to distribute water.
• The concept is close to the fundamental foundation and basis of the corresponding research. Increasing international partners, sovereign wealth funds serving capital markets and private investors will lift smart infrastructure.
• Original contribution to knowledge needs to be made clear and usually that is in the final chapter.

Exegesis is a different style of document for subject defense, it is for those by the publication route. Three publications will be in a specific area and addressing a problem from several fronts or in series with each taking the knowledge further. Each will have their own literature review and method which has been accepted by third parties.
