Abstract

This paper explores the various forms of stratification, including caste, class, gender, religion, region, language, and education, and their evolution over time. By analyzing these forms through historical and contemporary lenses, this research highlights their impact on social equity, mobility, and justice. The conclusion underscores the necessity of structural reforms and inclusive policies to dismantle hierarchies and foster social harmony.
