Abstract
The authors and collaborators have continued various research concerning anti-aging medicine, aesthetic medicine, and VibraImage. VibraImage can clarify human subtle micro-movement, suggesting the relationship with micro-movement and psychological status. For its basic principle, vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR) would be involved in the mechanism. The results of frequency histogram and psychomotor record would suggest the psychosomatic aspect and characteristic traits of the subject. Factors for mental attractiveness include mental health, ability with talent and gift, passion with youth and beauty at heart, good luck with positive thinking and popularity to attract people. Authors continue VibraImage research as the charism analysis program.

For recent decades, anti-aging medicine has been in focus. The authors and collaborators have continued various research concerning anti-aging medicine, aesthetic medicine, drug discovery medicine?Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN), Macrophage-Activating Factor (MAF), and so on [1,2,3]. Furthermore, we have developed relational medical research for psychosomatic medicine associated with information and communication and technology [4,5]. Among them, novel achievement for human micro-vibration research has been reported which reflects a person's emotions and physiological state of the body [6].
From psychological point of view, a series of fundamental and clinical research were initiated for human vibration [7]. Extremely subtle or small micro-movements in the body can be captured using high-technique recording system. In particular, the movements in the face, eyes and head may reflect the emotional status and physiological situation, leading to the quantitative research. Such information can be obtained by the motion pictures in the face for about only 70 seconds [8]. Authors et al. have reported the gradual development of psychological research using micro-vibration so far [4,6]. In this report, the measurement method and related perspectives are described.
The relationship between micro-vibration and psychological status has been investigated by the measurement of VibraImage. The method involves a few stages where motion pictures can be analyzed by advanced technique (Figure 1). They are i) recording vibration parameters of the head in non-contact situation at rest, ii) measuring simultaneously brain waves and skin responses, iii) using big data from comparative experiments in psychological exams, and iv) flowing these process leading to the clarification of subject’s emotional states [9].

In this video recording, minute head and eye movements were recorded and then analyzed (Figure 2a). When a person moves their head, it is necessary to move their eyes in the opposite direction to obtain stable visual information. This reflex has been called the vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR). The VOR is one of the important systems that supports spatial cognition and is found in many vertebrates. In other words, when the head rotates, the eyes rotate in the opposite direction around the eye axis (Figure 2b). This important reflex causes rapid compensatory eye movements in the opposite direction at the same speed as the head movement [10]. Therefore, high-speed foveal image stabilization allows us to move around and see clearly at the same time. If there was no VOR mechanism, we would see images recorded by a video camera with trembling hands.

The current data obtained from the third author were analyzed and obtained several results. Characteristics of the results are as follows: i) The peak is shifted to the left: Fatigue situation would be present (Figure 3a), ii) The peaks are scattered over several areas: Unconscious issues are present and feelings are scattered within one minute, and iii) There is a lot of variation on the left side of the peak: It suggests mental fatigue [11]. Starting with an x position, vibes record shows the movement of feelings over one minute (Figure 3b). It starts from the anger zone (irritation, red) and moves to the comfort zone (green) where there is a high sense of elation. This seems to be a healthy tendency of moving feelings. The area means sad (blue) and joy (pink), respectively.

These results shown here were only small part of the whole data from whole physical and psychological aspects in the subject. Current analysis named charism analysis can generally include several factors related to mental attractiveness. Mental attractiveness means the charming points of the person itself. Among them, fie factors have been pointed out to be shown for the mental attractiveness (Table 1).

Some limitations may be present in the report. We cannot know every aspect from psychological and physical points of view. However, using this analysis method may possible informing one aspect of health and medical problems in the heart.
In summary, current report showed the possibility of detecting psychological problems by charism analysis method. Future development of research and practice will be expected with accumulation of huge data.
