Abstract
Industrially processed food is a major factor in the development of obesity and diabetes in children. This includes allergies and intolerances resulting in histaminosis. The brain reacts to this by "switching", i.e. a preference for the allergens. The children reject what would be good for them and prefer the food that is difficult to tolerate. Without taking this histaminosis process into account, the problems will not be solved
