Abstract

Then, as today, the reason was seen in the weakening of blood circulation in the extremities, due to blockage (occlusion) or narrowing of arterial blood flow with an increased blood sugar content of more than 6 mol/L. Gangrene began from the remote parts of the legs, from the most stressed big toe. Blood circulation in small capillaries worsened. The tissues did not receive the necessary amount of oxygen and nutrients. As a result, the muscles of the legs quickly get tired, pain occurs, and gangrene develops.

For the first time, I encountered angiopathy of diabetic feet in the seventies of the last century, when it became a question of reducing the number of amputations of the lower extremities due to poor treatment of diabetes mellitus. Amputation of one, and then after 3-5 years and the second limb. The solution to the problem was seen in the unloading of the feet, the use of crutches, wheelchairs.

Then, as today, the problem was explained by the deterioration of arterial blood flow, caused by a lack or cessation of blood supply to the heart muscle. And despite the fact that cardiac ischemia is the most common cause of sudden death in the world, no one says that it lies in foot deformities, impaired venous blood outflow, or the sequence of contraction of venous-muscular pumps. Vessels, like channels, overgrow in slowly flowing rivers. A similar thing happens in water pipes with a laminar flow of fluid. With fast turbulent flow, the pipes are cleaned. So walking is a means of restoring blood circulation in the body. But who knows how to normalize it? Medicine still has no answer to this.

So the issue of unloading the diabetic foot, restoring its pumping function has become a priority. Understanding the biomechanics of the joints of the skeleton, that the position of the bones is determined by paired muscles that hold them in a neutral position, the question arose of how to bring the skeleton of the feet, its arches to a neutral position. This means that it is necessary to compensate for the mass of the body with forces equal to this mass and directed upwards. This can be solved on the basis of knowledge of Pascal's law. The very first use of unloading insoles of podo-correctors by a group of diabetic patients and the head physician of the clinic, who had already undergone an amputation of the thumb, showed a rapid restoration of tissue trophism, and there was no need for repeated amputation. A patient from Berlin, who was being prepared for amputation of two limbs, came up after 30 minutes of walking and said: Doctor, I am walking. There was no operation, and after 8 months he was removed from the register for diabetes.

In the process of researching the impact of unloading insoles on the normalization of blood circulation, questions arose why patients had normalized blood sugar on the 7th day of walking. Why do children who get colds every 2-3 months stop getting colds and do not get sick for years. Analysing everything that happened, the fact that the spine was straightened, the feeling of cold feet and acne on the face disappeared, the veins were hidden, confirmed the effect of normalizing blood circulation. The physiology of the body indicates that skeletal muscles are responsible for the metabolic processes of body cells.

One more question remained unanswered, indicating that the polar thermoplastic material of the insoles fixes the body's energy field. My assumption was based on knowledge of the physics of polymers, the creation of composite materials. This assumption was confirmed by two academicians in the field of physics and medicine F.V. Kivva and N.D. Kolbun. Comparison of curved energy fields from hands with footprints showed their identity. In patients who underwent podo-correctors for a week, the parameters of the body on insoles and without insoles were already the same. This made it possible to judge the regularity of the use of insoles by patients. During each visit, the patients reported about the disappearance of symptoms of chronic diseases, that they lost weight or gained weight with dystrophy. This indicated that the process of correction of the skeletal-muscular frame should exclude any subjectivity. This will put an end to the disputes between specialists proving how to make insoles correctly and which specialist should do it: a deportees or a chiropractor, which is often heard at conferences. Existing technologies for the manufacture of insoles cannot be called the process of correcting the feet. Deformities are already diagnosed in more than 90% of the population of developed countries. No one deals with the overlying structures of the skeleton, although they are said to arise due to deformities of the feet. But their deformations are the result of the work of unconditioned reflexes of the body to maintain the vertical position of the body. Where and how to shift the overlying joints is determined by the vestibular apparatus and the central nervous system. Thus, the importance of the quality of foot correction increases many times over. All this requires a solution to the question of what methods to control the quality of insoles, their impact on the body.

When it comes to the cells that make up the body, you need to know that any substance consists of elementary particles that form certain structures. These substances in nature are recognized by many animals by their energy fields, while we visually touch and smell. What particles it consists of and what structure they form depends on the energy field of the substance, its properties. This is a triad of parameters by which one judges; it is water, ice or gas. So restoring the work of the muscles of the feet, there is also an increase in the number of mitochondria responsible for the content of sugar in the blood. Unloading sub correctors in 1986 were awarded a bronze medal.

Today, there are many computer programs based on the methods developed by Foll in studying the properties of various organs and tissues of the body. As it turned out, these devices are very sensitive to changes not only in the structures of the tissues of the body, but also in the skeleton, with what materials the body contacts, and even what color they are. It was also found that leather or cotton insoles accumulate information from an ill organism. This information does not allow the body to recover in the course of treatment. This is what we see with chemotherapy, which does not act selectively, but suppresses the entire body. After two or three sessions, he is no longer able to return to normal. But when we corrected the energy of the body, fixed it with an insole, the result surprised the patients and us. That is why we focus on the fact that the correction of the musculoskeletal frame of the body is the therapy of a self-regulating organism, with which its rehabilitation should begin. This is also indicated by the physiology of the body, which for some reason is ignored by medicine and doctors.
