Abstract

Recent international problems have included several factors, such as population, demographic transition, genetics, culture, and socioeconomic factors. In aging societies, person-centered care models has been required in the primary care (PC) medicine. The role of PC physicians includes longitudinal treatment for years as warp thread and weft thread for treating 100 patients in simultaneous period when producing weaving cloth. By the announcement of International Diabetes Federation (IDF), diabetes is affected 11.11% and 589 million adults worldwide in 2024, and is assumed to be 12.96% and 853 million in 2050. Future medicine may produce artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted personalized precision medicine.
