Abstract
Bio-psycho-social (BPS) model has been applied in primary care (PC) medicine and Integrative Medicine (IM) from practice point of view. In the light of individual aspect, the concept of health or well-being needs physical, mental and spiritual factors. Physical problems influences mental health, in which chronic physical diseases cause twice ratio for anxiety and depression. Mental problems bring physical disorders through unhealthy eating, sleeping and exercise habits. Spirituality shows an important role for general human health, since it can increase life quality and also life satisfaction. Religiously active people tend to have consistent and prospective risk reduction of mortality.
