On Control of Speed of Transport of Charge Carriers by Changing of Pressure on a Multilayer Structure

Abstract

In this paper we analyzed changing of speed of transport of charge carriers in a multilayer structure with changing of external pressure on it. We formulate recommendation to control of the considered transport to obtain required value of the considered velocity by changing of value of mismatch-induced stress due to changing of external pressure on the considered structure.

Introduction

Manufacturing of new types of micro- and nano electronic devices and optimization of existing one is a basis of manufacturing of new integrated circuits and their elements [1-5]. In both cases (manufacturing of new types of micro- and nano electronic devices and optimization of existing one) it is necessary to make prognosis of manufacturing and functioning of the considered devices [1-5]. One of actual points during analysis of functioning of the considered devices is analysis of velocity of movement of charge carriers. In this paper we consider changing of the velocity in a multilayer structure under influence of changing of missmatch-induced stress due to external pressure on the considered structure.
