Abstract
The sea star anti-Hrp protein (Invertebrate Primitive Antibody: IPA) is produced aftrer immunizations of sea stars (Asterina gibbosa [1]. Asterias rubens) with the antigen HRP (Horse-Radish Peroxydase). Plasmocytes issued from sea star B cells [2] secrete a specific immune protein: an anti-HRP primitive antibody. This last one can be cloned from the sea star IGKappa gene in a recombinant manner .It is specific of the antigen HRP after Elisas [3]. The sea star IGKappa gene shows CDR1, CDR2 determining regions [4] and a complicity with CDR3 region as it can be observed in 3D modelizations [5]. We recall also the existence of Ophiocomina nigra(Ophuirid) IGKappa gene [6].
