Abstract
A child girl with tetralogy of Fallot was referred for evaluation prior to coil embolisation of major aortopulmonary collateral arteries detected on cardiac computed tomography. She had no history of upper limb claudication, neurological symptoms, or exercise intolerance. Blood pressure measurements were equal in both arms, and peripheral pulses were symmetrical without bruit. The right subclavian artery angiogram showed severe proximal focal stenosis. As pseudostenosis are grenerally ostial in location, so it was mimicking true stenosis.
