Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of tourist attractions, facilities, and accessibility on tourist satisfaction. It uses a quantitative approach enriched with qualitative data and a survey method to understand tourists at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. The main goal is to increase visitor satisfaction using questionnaires administered during and after the visit. Accidental Sampling was used with a sample of 100 respondents.Taman Jaya Ancol offers a variety of entertainment and exciting activities, significantly influencing visitor satisfaction. With facilities such as Dufan, SeaWorld, and Atlantis Water Adventure and good accessibility, a satisfying experience for tourists is guaranteed. To increase satisfaction, managers need to balance the number of attractions with the quality of facilities and accessibility, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.

Taman Impian Jaya Ancol is a tourist complex located on the north coast of Jakarta, Indonesia. Known as Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, this complex is one of Jakarta's most popular tourist destinations, attracting millions of visitors every year. Taman Impian Jaya Ancol offers a variety of facilities and attractions for visitors of all ages. One of the main attractions is Dunia Fantasi (Dufan), the largest amusement park in Indonesia. Dufan offers various exciting rides, such as roller coasters, water games, and other interactive rides that make visitors feel a thrilling sensation of adventure [1]. Apart from Dufan, Ancol also has SeaWorld Ancol, a large aquarium displaying various species of marine life, including sharks, turtles, and various types of exotic fish. SeaWorld Ancol provides exciting and educational shows about marine life so visitors can learn while having fun. Ancol also has Atlantis Water Adventure, a water park that offers various fun water rides for families and friends. Visitors can enjoy swimming, water slides, and playing multiple games in this park. For animal fans, Ancol also has Taman Impian Jaya Ancol or Ancol Zoo, a place that presents various types of animals worldwide. Visitors can see various animals, from tigers to elephants, and various kinds of birds and reptiles [2]. Besides these main attractions, Ancol also offers other facilities such as white sand beaches, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, and other recreation areas. This complex is suitable for relaxing with family or friends while enjoying various entertainment and natural beauty. Taman Impian Jaya Ancol has become one of Jakarta's tourism icons and is a popular destination for local and foreign tourists visiting the Indonesian capital. With various facilities and attractions, Taman Impian Jaya Ancol offers an unforgettable holiday experience for anyone who visits it [3]. Getting to Taman Impian Jaya Ancol has proven to be very easy because of the route that can be taken. The path that stretches out consists of good roads and smooth asphalt and is wide enough to accommodate smooth traffic. This advantage makes it possible to use various types of vehicles, from motorbikes to cars, without significant obstacles. Apart from that, for those who choose public transportation, the Jakarta Provincial Government has provided various transportation facility options that make access to these destinations easier. Thus, good accessibility is one of the attractive advantages for visitors who want to enjoy the multiple rides and attractions offered by Taman Impian Jaya Ancol [4].Researchers are interested in researching Taman Impian Jaya Ancol because this tourist complex is one of the most popular destinations in Jakarta, attracting millions of visitors every year with the various facilities and attractions it offers, such as Dufan, SeaWorld Ancol, Atlantis Water Adventure, and Ancol Zoo. Apart from that, good accessibility through multiple types of vehicles and public transportation is also the main attraction for visitors who want to enjoy the various rides and attractions.
Literature Review
Tourist Attractions
Tourist attractions are objects, places, or activities that attract tourists' interest and attention. These attractions include historical sites, natural beauty, cultural attractions, recreational rides, festival events, etc. Tourist attractions aim to provide a positive experience to visitors and promote the destination as attractive. Tourist attractions are also essential in the tourism industry because they can increase the number of tourists, strengthen the local economy, and preserve the environment and cultural heritage. Thus, tourist attractions have a vital role in building the image of tourist destinations and increasing tourism sector income.
Tourist Facilities
Tourist facilities are all infrastructure, services, and conveniences provided to meet the needs and comfort of tourists during their visit to a destination. These facilities can include hotels, villas, other accommodations, restaurants, cafes, and food stalls to provide food and drinks for tourists. Apart from that, tourist facilities include transportation facilities such as airports, bus terminals, train stations, and recreational facilities such as parks, swimming pools, and sports facilities. The primary function of tourist facilities is to expand the reach of tourist destinations by providing adequate infrastructure to accommodate and serve tourists' needs, thereby improving the quality of their tourist experience.
Tourism Accessibility
Tourism accessibility is the ease and availability of all individuals, including those with special needs or various levels of mobility, to access and enjoy tourism destinations. It includes physical infrastructure such as road access, public transportation, and user-friendly public facilities designed to facilitate travel and tourism activities for everyone. In addition, tourism accessibility also includes non-physical aspects such as easily accessible information about available facilities and services, as well as training for tourism staff to provide inclusive services and meet the needs of diverse visitors. By increasing tourism accessibility, destinations can broaden their appeal, increase participation in the tourism industry, and provide more satisfying experiences for all visitors.
Tourist Satisfaction
Tourist satisfaction refers to the satisfaction that tourists feel after experiencing a particular trip or tourist experience. This involves their positive perceptions of various aspects of travel, such as services, facilities, tourist attractions, and interactions with hosts or local communities. Tourist satisfaction is not only related to direct experiences during the trip. Still, it can also be influenced by initial expectations and perceptions before the trip and expectations that are met or even exceeded during the journey. Therefore, to achieve optimal tourist satisfaction, it is important for tourist destinations and tourism service providers to understand tourists' needs, desires, and preferences and strive to fulfill them in an effective and responsive manner.
Research Method
This research uses a quantitative approach enriched with qualitative data and is designed with a survey method that focuses on tourists' experiences at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. This research aims to increase tourist satisfaction after visiting various attractions, facilities, and accessibility at that location. Questionnaires will be given to visitors during and after they are at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. The sampling method used was Accidental Sampling, which was chosen due to limited time and resources. The population that is the focus of this research is all visitors to Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, with a sample of 100 respondents. Determining the sample size refers to [11] guidelines, which suggest a sample size of between 30 and 500 respondents as an appropriate size for this kind of research.

The characteristics of respondents based on gender who frequently visit Taman Impian Jaya Ancol are 55 women, with a percentage of 55%. This is because women are more likely to plan and organize family recreational activities, so they often visit amusement parks to spend time with their families. Meanwhile, the characteristics of respondents based on age who visited Taman Impian Jaya Ancol were 40 visitors under 20 years old, with a percentage of 40%. This is because Taman Impian Jaya Ancol is an attractive recreation area for young people with various contests such as beaches, rides, and nightlife suitable for those looking for fun and exciting entertainment. Furthermore, the character respondents based on domicile who visited Taman Impian Jaya Ancol were 58 visitors who lived on the islands of Java and Bali, with a percentage of 58%. This is due to the strategic location of Taman Impian Jaya Ancol in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, which is the center of economic, social, and cultural activities, as well as the attractiveness of Taman Impian Jaya Ancol as a popular tourist destination, making it an attractive holiday destination for residents, especially from nearby islands such as Java and Bali. Then, the characteristics of the respondents based on the frequency of visits and the number of visitors to Taman Impian Jaya Ancol were that 41 people visited Taman Impian Jaya Ancol more than five times, with a percentage of 41%. This is because the visitors who frequently visit Taman Impian Jaya Ancol tend to include people who have developed a strong emotional bond with the place. After all, they enjoy the facilities and entertainment or have a regular habit of spending time there.

The results of reliability testing for the four variables shown in the table above show that the Cronbach's alpha value exceeds the alpha value (0.600), indicating that the third variable is considered reliable.

The table above depicts the Adjusted R-Square which shows that tourist attractions, facilities and accessibility have the ability to influence around 62% of the level of tourist satisfaction. Meanwhile, other variables that have not been investigated in this study have an impact of 38% overall.

Based on the table above, the third independent variable (tourist attraction, tourist facilities, and tourist accessibility) has a significant effect on the attachment variable (tourist satisfaction), where the significant value of the third variable has a value smaller than 0.00. The tourist attractions offered by Taman Jaya Ancol have a significant impact on visitor satisfaction. Taman Jaya Ancol can fulfill multiple visitors' preferences and interests by providing various entertainment and exciting activities, such as water rides, beaches, animal parks, and recreation parks. A memorable and enjoyable experience is offered to every visitor, making this destination a popular tourist destination. This increases overall visitor satisfaction and creates a sustainable attraction for Taman Jaya Ancol. Tourist attractions are the core of an enchanting and memorable holiday experience, when a destination offers exciting attractions such as famous landmarks, stunning natural beauty, or unique cultural activities, visitor satisfaction will directly increase [5] Attractive attractions create rewarding and satisfying moments that tourists will remember and share with others, enhancing the destination's reputation [6] Tourist facilities at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol significantly influence tourist satisfaction because they provide a variety of attractions and activities that meet visitors' interests and needs, ranging from family entertainment and nature tourism to beach recreation. With facilities such as Dufan, SeaWorld, Atlantis Water Adventure, white sand beaches, and other recreation and water sports areas, Taman Impian Jaya Ancol can fulfill tourists' expectations for a diverse and satisfying experience, thereby increasing satisfaction levels and strengthening its reputation as a leading tourist destination in Jakarta. Good facilities such as comfortable accommodations, quality restaurants, and efficient transportation can increase tourists' comfort and practicality while traveling. Additionally, attractive and varied facilities can increase visitor interest and satisfaction by providing diverse and memorable experiences according to their preferences [7]. Thus, good tourist facilities can form a positive perception of the destination and increase overall visitor satisfaction during their vacation [7]. Good accessibility at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol is central to increasing tourist satisfaction, with facilities that are easily accessible, they can freely enjoy the various attractions and facilities available at the tourist complex. Having seamless access allows visitors to spend more time having a positive experience at the site. It removes barriers regarding transportation and difficult navigation, enhancing their visiting experience. Accessibility to tourist destinations also significantly affects visitor satisfaction. Good accessibility, such as easily accessible transportation infrastructure and various modes of transportation, makes tourist travel easier [8]. The ease of reaching a destination and mobility around it helps reduce stress and discomfort so that tourists can fully focus on enjoying their holiday [9]. Thus, good accessibility can increase visitor satisfaction and strengthen the attractiveness of tourist destinations [11].
Conclusion
Taman Jaya Ancol offers a variety of entertainment and exciting activities, such as water rides, beaches, animal parks, and recreation parks, which significantly influence visitor satisfaction. Facilities such as Dufan, SeaWorld, and Atlantis Water Adventure, as well as good accessibility, ensure a satisfying experience for tourists and strengthen its reputation as a leading destination in Jakarta. To increase tourist satisfaction at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, managers must balance the number of attractions available with the quality of facilities and level of accessibility. Even though the many views can attract visitors, managers need to ensure that the available facilities are adequate and easy to access. Thus, tourists can access tourist attractions comfortably and enjoy the experience optimally without significant obstacles, increasing their satisfaction during their visit.
